Our journey with Alishan started 30 years ago with Fay and I. We had a simple desire to provide healthy food to our family and friends: food grown without chemicals and produced by farmers who got a fair deal. For the past 30 years, we have been busy running around the world selling peanut butter and granola while also raising two children, Jay and Kay. As Alishan grew, so did Jay and Kay. We have been taking them to trade shows, visiting farmers, and they have been raised with our Alishan family. Now as adults we “officially” all work together at Alishan (yikes!)
This is a new chapter together as a family building Alishan Park.

Since the ‘80s, sharing organic & vegetarian food with family and friends has been our life.
Today we are expanding from the fields and forest of Saitama to the steps of Tokyo’s Yoyogi Park. Our focus stays the same, sharing good foods in a happy, open, and welcoming space. I look forward to chatting with you.
